Measure all the ingredients and add them to your blender. Blend for about 3 minutes, making sure that you're taking breaks to allow your blender to cool off. The "dough" is ready when all the ingredients have blended into a sticky and lumpy paste that you can pick up and mold.
Pick up a full spoonful of the dough and shape it into a ball. If it's too sticky you can add a bit of coconut flour. If it's not sticky enough and crumbles you can add a bit more of vanilla extract or an extra date. Repeat the process until the entire dough is moulded into delicious tiny balls!
And they're ready! Yes, it's that easy :) Store in the fridge and eat within one week.For an extra kick, you can roll them in crumbled nuts, cocoa powder or coconut powder.
